Saw a bbc news report on this and it was illustrated by some film of a man walking along and then a couple of women in trousers.
Think they may have missed the point

From what I've read he blocks absolutely everything that he feels is an attempt to bypass a proper vote by motioning it during near empty parliament sessions.

I agree with BRANDED and Mart.
But the way things are now... I read yesterday that some MP has called the police on a dissatisfied constituent who criticised her in a really non-aggressive way and said she would be working to get her deselected, or unseated, one or the other. In the recent past that would be called 'politics'. Now it's called 'threatening hate speech' and you get a visit from dem babylon.

We hear much in the press of up skirtling - but what of the scourge of up trousers? You never read about it.
Several times i have been victimised by papparazzi taking candid reportage shots of my knees and ankles up my trahsis. The bbc ignore it.

Nurse there's usually two sides to those stories. I've witnessed some dreadful constituents. When I was a councillor I had someone spit in my face.
As for Chope, he's a buffon. I hope he gets deselected as he's been at this for a long time. He's a bed blocker. He's also welcome to f off and join the nutters.
